"Hounds Baseball Mother & Son Trip"
February 7-12, 2023

Light of Love Ministry is taking a Mother & Son "Hounds" Trip to

El Salvador in February of 2023. In El Salvador, Light of Love partners with a missionary and his ministry, Sus Hijos/His Children. This trip is a great way to serve in a variety of ways. Check out the sample itinerary below and consider joining this team. It will truly be a life-changing and unforgettable experience.

Sample Itinerary

Tuesday: Leave in the morning to travel to El Salvador. Feed homeless in evening.

Wednesday: Build a home for a family in need.

Thursday: Finish the house and be part of a community feeding day.

Friday: Baseball game party with hamburgers and ice cream with children's center. Feed the homeless in evening.

Saturday: Beach day with children's center and farewell dinner.

Sunday: Return home with a new perspective and a full heart!

Closed Trip: This trip is open only to Hounds baseball mothers and their sons

Deadline to Sign Up: October 1, 2022
Trip Cost: $1400 + Airfare* (airfare will likely range from $500 - $750)

Deposit Due at Signup: $250 non refundable deposit

Trip Paperwork and Other Requirements:

• A Background check will be run on all team members 18 and over

• Team members must sign our paperwork packet which includes a background check release form, liability form, trip policies document, etc. We will send this to you once you are added to the team.

If the trip is full, we will not charge your deposit.

*Please note: airfare prices vary depending on price at time of booking, etc. Flights to El Salvador generally range in price from $500 to $750 roundtrip. Once flights are booked, we'll updated your total in Managed Missions (our mission trip app). Right now, the total is just a high end estimate.
